Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of the iOS app “English Vocab Runner” (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

English Vocab Runner is a English vocabulary racing game: hear Spanish, pick the English meaning, and race to win. Features may include battles (human matchmaking with CPU fallback), characters, chests, rank progression, and a diamonds shop. We do not guarantee learning outcomes.

2. Accounts

Sign in with Apple is required. Take reasonable care of your account. We may restrict use if abuse is suspected.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Unlawful activity
• Unauthorized access, cheating, tampering, or abusive automation
• Harassment or harm to others or the Service
• Interference with normal operation
• Infringement of intellectual property or other rights

4. Game Center

Some features may use Game Center. Apple’s terms apply to Game Center accounts. If no human opponent is found, a CPU race may start.

5. In-app purchases

The Service may offer StoreKit consumable purchases (for example, diamonds). Virtual currency and items are for use in the Service and are not guaranteed to be redeemable for cash. Refunds follow Apple’s terms and processes. Do not send passwords or full transaction JWS to us.

6. Account deletion

You may request deletion from Profile in the app. See Account Deletion and the Privacy Policy. Deleting the English Vocab Runner account does not delete your Apple Account or Game Center Account.

7. Intellectual property

Software, design, text, images, audio, and other content in the Service belong to the operator or rightful owners. Do not copy, modify, or redistribute beyond what the law permits for personal use.

8. Changes and availability

We may change, interrupt, or discontinue features for updates, maintenance, or outages. We will try to provide notice when practical, but may act without prior notice in urgent cases.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as available. Network, device, and third-party services (such as Apple or Firebase) may limit features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here improperly limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

10. Limitation of liability

Where liability can be limited by law, our liability is limited to ordinary damages directly related to the issue. Mandatory liability that cannot be limited remains unaffected.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
